Todd R. Baltch, ESQ.
An experienced litigator whose practice has focused on real estate and commercial litigation, Mr. Baltch has successfully represented commercial and residential landlords and tenants, condominiums and cooperative boards, mortgage lenders/servicers and real property owners, in foreclosure, landlord- tenant and commercial litigation before the New York and New Jersey State trial and appellate Courts. While in law school, Mr. Baltch was awarded the prestigious Rebecca Knox Fellowship and interned for the Nassau County District Attorneys office and several New York State judges. Mr. Baltch has successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict, has argued hundreds of motions and has a penchant for settling cases in order to obtain optimal results for his clients.
Mr. Baltch graduated from the University of Buffalo with a B.A. is psychology and obtained his J.D. from Touro Law School.
